Conditions of participation for the “PS5 Slim Disc Edition” contest

Organizer

The competition is organized by Anime Beyond - René Häusermann, Straße der Jugend 18, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany, info@anime-beyond.de.

Eligibility to participate

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate . Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation

Participation in the competition takes place by placing an order in the organizer's online shop with a minimum order value of €50 and entering the voucher code "PS5" in the shopping cart. The voucher code does not grant a discount, but only serves to enter the contest. Each order with the voucher code "PS5" counts as one entry.

Profit

A PS5 Slim Disc Edition will be raffled off. The prize cannot be paid out in cash or transferred to another person.

Contest period

The contest ends as soon as 100 valid orders have been received.

Profit determination

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The chance of winning is at least 1%.

Notification of the winner

The winner will be notified by email within 21 days of the end of the contest. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical faults that could affect participation in the contest. Legal recourse is excluded.

Miscellaneous

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
