Shipping Policy

1. General Information on Shipping
I ship my products worldwide exclusively with DHL from Germany. Delivery is made to the address you provided unless otherwise agreed. I usually process orders from Monday to Friday. There is generally no shipping on weekends or public holidays.

As I run the online shop on my own and pack the parcels myself, I typically need 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare your order and hand it over to DHL.

Please note that in exceptional cases — such as illness, high order volumes, or vacation periods — delays in processing may occur.

 

2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are carried out via DHL:

 

Germany (DHL Standard Shipping): approx. 1–2 business days (plus 1–3 business days processing time)

EU (DHL Standard Shipping): approx. 2–12 business days (plus 1–3 business days processing time)

Europe (non-EU, DHL Standard International): approx. 2–18 business days (plus 1–3 business days processing time)

International (worldwide, DHL Standard International): approx. 4–18 business days (plus 1–3 business days processing time)

International in certain countries* (worldwide, DHL Standard International): approx. 14–30 business days (plus 1–3 business days processing time)

*e.g. Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Niue, Tokelau, Ascension, St. Helena, Tristan da Cunha, etc.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can easily track your shipment online.

Please note that delivery times are based on information provided by DHL, and I cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within that timeframe. Delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g. due to customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen events).

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country, weight, and the DHL shipping method. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

4. Customs and Import Regulations (for International Shipments)
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by me. Delays caused by customs authorities may extend the delivery time and are beyond my control.

Please note: I am legally required to declare the actual purchase price on shipping and customs documents. I cannot fulfill requests for different or lower amounts (e.g. to reduce customs fees). Misrepresentation may have legal consequences for both parties. Thank you for your understanding.

 

5. Delivery Delays
If, despite all due care, delivery delays occur, you have the right to withdraw from the contract if the delivery is not made within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract and no other agreement has been made.

Delays due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest) do not automatically entitle you to compensation. In such cases, the delivery period is extended by the duration of the disruption.

 

6. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer or an authorized recipient upon delivery. For business customers, the risk is transferred upon handover to DHL.

 

7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to me due to incorrect address information or refusal to accept the parcel, I reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.
